BERTYS CONSTRUCTION LLP provides fire protection for strategic and fire- and explosion-hazardous industrial enterprises, life-support facilities and settlements at a high professional level, using modern fire prevention and firefighting technologies.
The services provided by BERTYS CONSTRUCTION LLP comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection" and the "Rules for the Activities of Non-State Fire Services".
To organize fire prevention and firefighting, we establish fire stations and posts at the client's request and in line with the client's assignment.
In the field of fire protection of organizations, facilities and settlements, BERTYS CONSTRUCTION LLP performs a range of fire prevention and suppression works and services, including:

• Providing fixed-post and patrol services; providing fire engine posts at the client's request during welding and other hot works, and developing fire safety measures for such works;
• Organizing firefighting, establishing emergency rescue units for fire protection of organizations, enterprises, facilities and settlements, and ensuring timely dispatch of fire crews;
• Firefighting and emergency rescue operations at protected facilities within the operational capabilities of the forces and resources maintained there by the client;
• Planning the gas and smoke protection service and ensuring its operation in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Monitoring the constant readiness of vehicles, fire-fighting equipment, apparatus, hoses and other technical assets on the balance sheet, with regular inspection of their condition;
• Monitoring the serviceability of fire protection systems and equipment (automatic fire suppression systems, fire alarms, external and internal fire water supply, smoke extraction and notification systems, primary fire extinguishing equipment);
• Conducting basic fire safety training and briefings for workers and engineering staff of protected facilities, as well as third-party contractors temporarily engaged by the client for other works, and other fire protection activities;
• Conducting fire-tactical exercises and drills at protected facilities according to schedules approved by the parties, involving the forces and resources of fire and emergency rescue services and facility personnel;
• Developing pre-incident plans for firefighting and emergency rescue operations (operational plans and firefighting cards, emergency response plans, etc.) and coordinating with the services of protected facilities;
• Participating in firefighting outside protected facilities in accordance with the dispatch schedules of the State Fire Service garrisons of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and district force deployment plans agreed with the heads of protected facilities;
• Maintaining continuous communication between structural units to ensure efficient command and coordination of units during firefighting as part of garrisons;
• Developing recommendations on the implementation of modern fire protection systems and equipment and on reducing the fire hazard of processes and individual process operations;
• Direct participation in the development, review and approval of instructions, evacuation plans and other organizational and administrative documents governing fire safety measures at protected facilities, including the development of such documents for third-party organizations;
• Analyzing records of fires at protected facilities to determine their causes, review response operations and develop proposals for improving fire prevention and firefighting tactics;
• Participating as a specialized company (expert organization) in investigations into the causes and circumstances of accidents and fires;
• Assisting heads of protected facilities in verifying compliance with codes, rules, standards and instructions, and in developing measures to eliminate fire causes, limit fire spread and ensure the safe evacuation of people and property in the event of fire;

Fire protection and security services

We maintain specialized vehicles, a production base, auxiliary equipment and passenger vehicles in constant service.

Offices across Kazakhstan, including a unit stationed in Atyrau; equipped fire safety personnel, emergency rescue teams, hazardous industry specialists, project coordinators and occupational health and safety (OHS) specialists with at least 3 years of experience

For emergency response at protected facilities, all units of BERTYS CONSTRUCTION LLP are equipped to standard with special vehicles, emergency rescue equipment, gear, tools and materials.

The emergency rescue personnel of BERTYS CONSTRUCTION LLP are certified, professionally trained and highly experienced in rescue operations aimed at emergency response. The emergency rescue service of BERTYS CONSTRUCTION LLP is ready at any time to help rescue people and property at protected facilities.

Gas rescue operations

The company includes units that provide specialized assistance in accidents and emergencies.

For emergency response at protected facilities, gas rescue units are equipped to standard with special vehicles, gas rescue equipment, gear, tools and materials.

The organization of the gas rescue service enables prompt containment and elimination of emergencies and, when necessary, effective assistance to victims.
